Had a broken motor for the radiator fan of my car. Despite me arriving a little over two hours before closing, they were able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and have it installed and good to go almost to the minute before closing time. All that and for a pretty decent price. This place will definitely be my go to from now on.

Honest and hard working! We were referred to Paul's from a friend of my husband. We thought something was wrong with a water pump only to find out it was our radiator leaking. We asked to replace the water pump but they told us we didn't need to replace it and that it was still in good condition and not to spend more money on something that works fine. They fixed my transmission leaks and replaced the tubes and put a new radiator in and we asked them to change our oil as well :)My van is happy again :) thank you for all your hard work and we will definitely return here for all our vehicles!!!

The staff is EXTREMELY proficient and kind. They are knowledgeable and engaging. They don't need to advertise, as most of their business is word of mouth, and the only repeat customers are for regular maintenance. Coming from a family of mechanics, it's very hard for me to let anyone else work on my vehicle. But because of the warranty on my car, I have to go to specific shops. Paul's was on that list, with good reviews, so I decided to use them. Let me tell you, Michelle (office) & John (manager) are truly some of the nicest, most helpful people around!! They went above & beyond speaking with my warranty people to help me with my car!! Unfortunately, because of the warranty, it now has to go to the dealer...yukk!! I will most definitely bring my car back to John for regular maintenance in the future. I highly recommend them!! Thank you, John & Michelle, for all that you did for me!!

I'm a mechanic's daughter so I'm quite picky about which shops I go to. I was ghosted by another shop in the area after getting an estimate and found Paul's Auto through word of mouth - thank goodness I did. I had a few major issues with my ML350 and they got it back to me the NEXT day. Michelle at the front is an absolute sweetheart and John really goes the extra mile to make sure you're driving on the road safely and will explain anything you might have questions about. I feel very grateful for their honesty and getting my car back to me so quick when I needed it with excellent work. The main thing I brought it in for wasn't an actual issue - and any other shop might have easily taken advantage of that. Thank you Paul's Auto, you have a return customer - but let's hope I just need oil changes from now on ;) lol.

Wow! Great service. We were traveling from Oregon to Baja when we noticed a clunking in the rear end over bumps, ruts, and potholes in the road. We knew we needed to get it looked at soon as we got to Vegas. Paul's had good reviews for being thorough and honest. They weren't wrong! They were able to see it in the morning, diagnosed a broken shock mount, and had us back on the road before the end of the day! Very reasonably priced! Thank you Paul's you saved our vacation plans. I highly recommend Paul's for your next repair.

As a woman, Im pretty used to getting priced extremely high prices for maintenance work that needs to be done on my vehicle. Especially, when I tell a shop that I drive a 2011 Acura MDX, man if only you can see the look on some of these people's faces, you would swear they hit a gold mine or something. Well, I had originally stopped at the auto shop across the way from Paul's. I told them what I would like looked at, possibly fixed and immediately I was told I couldn't be helped unless I paid $150. I seen Paul's shop and walked right on over. I asked a gentleman that I seen working in the bay, could he help me. He assisted me right away! Before this guy even asked me what car I drive, 1st thing he said was "HOW can he help me" I told him what I would like to have checked and he said "Yes, they can help, It would be $25.00." (For what I want looked at) He then said "Where's the car, what car is it" And IMMEDIATELY assisted me. IMMEDIATELY got to work! I cried so hard man! Cried my 18week pregnant self in gratefulness, yep, right in the front office, TRULY thanking him for this blessing, thanking him for his professionalism, and overall just thanking him for not tryna get over on me and being able to help. I just asked the gentleman what is his name, and he said Paul! Lord! The OWNER HIMSELF helped me!! I am EXTREMELY happy with his service, VERY grateful and again I can't stress how much of a life saver he truly is. Thank you so much Paul! Trust me, I'll be back!

I had a great experience with Paul's Auto. They literally saved the day for me, and went the extra mile to make sure.my Mini Cooper was repaired & paid for by the warranty company just a day before the warranty was set to expire...a repair I had been trying to get done for over 6 weeks by Pep Boys, who gave me nothing but the run around. Every person I dealt with at Paul's Auto was friendly, professional and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of, and I got the distinct impression they operate with high integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.

These guys are awesome. Took my Jeep into them with a vibration in the drive train. They went a lot of trouble to identify the problem. They narrowed it down to a couple of possibilities but could not be absolutely certain about the cause. Rather than commit to expense that might not resolve the issue they recommended a number of options. Despite all their time trouble and advise they would not take any consideration for their time. Paul and Jon are great, honest down to earth guys and I would highly recommend them

Honest, reliable and kind mechanics I have had two different jobs done on my car from John and the crew at Paul's Auto. They have been very courteous, honest and reliable. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage of (so many others have tried this!) instead I feel like someone who is a valued client of their business. I'm in a touring band that plays every night. Our van was too messed up to get us to LA from Vegas and we had to leave the next morning. Went to Paul's early in the morning, they took in our van right away and found the problem and fixed it ASAP. The problem was not a simple one as I know a bit about cars. The mechanic was an awesome dude. We were able to make it to LA by that night and it was a godsend. Not sure if we got price scammed but the fix wasn't too much so I don't think so. Would recommend and would go back if we ever had to.
